Life doesn’t work like that though. Truth is, goal setting IS important. It’s vital, in fact, to your success. If you don’t know where you’re going, how on earth will you ever get there?

It’s not always easy to define where you want to go, but it’s important to realize that you don’t have to set out your goals perfectly first time out. Allow yourself to evolve. It’s OK to change your mind, to make tweaks and refine your dreams.

All you need to do for outstanding personal success is to have a set of goals and do something–major, insignificant, difficult or easy–every single day of your life.

Draw up Your Road Map for Success

Decide to:

• Pick your passions
• Focus on one at a time for best effect
• Learn as much as you can about your passion
• Start doing it–if you don’t implement your knowledge you’re wasting your time!

If you stick to this plan you will get there sooner or later. Obviously the more effort you put into reaching your goals, the faster you’ll get there.

Most of us spend our entire lives looking for success. But what is success? For sure it’s different things to different people: what is success to you?

A woman who has been overweight most of her lie will list being thin as one of the parameters of success.

See what I mean? Widely differing goals but they’re all equally fantastic to different people. And there are as many goals as there are people.

I’m certain that you have more than one goal in life. For most, making money and getting married and settling down are major goals in their life. But a minority of human beings don’t want to be part of the status quo. They want to be exceptionally successful.
